Our engineer has earned the OSEP (Offsec Experienced Pentester) certification!

We are pleased to announce that one of our engineers has passed the OSEP (Offsec Experienced Penetration Tester) certification, an internationally recognized qualification in the security field!

OSEP is one of the high-level certifications issued by Offsec that security engineers worldwide strive to obtain, requiring considerable effort and skill to achieve.

Offsec's flagship certification is the OSCP (Offsec Certified Professional), renowned as a “hands-on penetration testing credential.” The OSEP is positioned as an even more advanced certification.

The exam focuses not merely on exploiting vulnerabilities or configuration flaws to infiltrate target machines, but on realistic and sophisticated scenarios such as “how to evade security product monitoring” and “how to penetrate deep into an organization and move laterally.”

Specifically, this requires the ability to bypass defense systems such as antivirus and malicious code protection primarily on Windows, infiltrate corporate networks built with Active Directory, perform privilege escalation and lateral movement, and even create and master custom tools and exploits.

These are the attack approaches actual attackers routinely employ, serving as proof that we possess technical capabilities equivalent to those of skilled attackers. We leverage this technical expertise to develop defensive technologies that anticipate cyberattacks.

Our automated security verification device “MUSHIKAGO” is developed by employees well-versed in penetration testing, holding certifications such as OSEP and OSCP. At present, it can perform automated penetration testing equivalent to the OSCP standard.

We will continue to leverage these experiences to the fullest extent possible and strive to improve the quality of our products and services.
